Charming historic hotel with loads of character! Loved the festive decorations and cozy vibes during our two-night stay. Perfect location for our adventures!
But, good heavens! The heater was as effective as a chocolate teapot, and finding coasters reminded me of a game of hide and seek!

We loved the cozy ambiance here, especially the lounge with a fire where we enjoyed some wine. It's easy to walk to the historic areas and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were super friendly.

Liked the place, had a fine stay on vacation. The king room was newly decorated, included an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV.
Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were not very friendly.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Eureka. My room was warm and the bed was extremely comfy. Everyone who worked there was highly courteous. Location: the hotel was close to restaurants and downtown, and old Town shops. I visited Amigas, plus it was located nearby.

The hotel offers a cozy ambiance and is conveniently located within walking distance to historic areas and dining options. My room was comfortable, but I faced issues with inconsistent hot water . While staff were friendly, additional attention to breakfast offerings and room maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

Quirky hotel located in a downtown area near downtown and the restaurant. Updated and gorgeous room with big beds, good offer.

The room I was assigned was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. I particularly appreciated the second vanity outside the bathroom. The historic decor throughout the hotel was fascinating and added character. The staff was friendly and accommodating when I requested a room change due to initial dissatisfaction.

Plenty of parking, the couple of Staff I met where nice.
Smelly old barn, big and empty. Had to change rooms as first one smelt bad. Second was ok.

We chose this loction having stayed there several times ~ we knew it was "quaint and an important part of Eureka's rich history.
No ice available until bar opened @ 6:00 pm - we had medication that required being refrigerated and needed to keep juice & snacks cool for a diabetic. Had inquired about availability on this prior (via e-mail) but never received response. No little fridge in room. Beautiful small pool on site but were dismayed to find it was not heated - too cold for Eureka climate. Also, person who checked us in seemed "annoyed" to be doing so - rest of staff was great.

The hotel staff were friendly and quick to assist us with extra blankets for our kids. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and parks with our pet.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be more varied to suit our children's tastes. A bit more selection would make mornings easier for families.

THe hotel is under very slow renovation process. It was bought by Chinese investors and looks and feels like China countryside. May be a star with 10-15mln dollars in smart investment but presently just a hole in the wall.

We especially loved the beauty of the hotel. We felt as thought we had stepped back in time. It was lovely.
A few times we came to the front desk to ask for help, ie; extention cord, maps, asked to connect the phone so we could make a local call. They were not able to help us with any of that. We were also very disappointed in the continental breakfast. Very little to choose from. We went out for breakfast both mornings we were there.
